This fun course is for those who want to learn the secrets behind the delicious food served at the Clare Island retreat centre, and find out how to cook delicious healthy vegetarian food from local ingredients.
The day starts at 9 am with a 2 hours yoga session, followed by a healthy brunch. The afternoon starts with a discussion of food and diet, followed by cooking practice in the kitchen!
On this course you will learn :
Cost of the course is 350 euros and includes food, accommodation and tuition in yoga and cooking. A reduced rate of 300 euros is available for those who want to do only the yoga, or only the cooking.
Dates for 2012 are 16th -19th March and 1st - 4th June.
